3.1 Welcome back

Juppies 2 by Dr Heinz M. Kabutz

In our first session, we looked at the anagram game and how Git and GitHub worked. In our second session, we learned to shuffle the word library. The game was getting a bit boring with the words always in the same sequence. We also learned how to test our code and how to commit our changes to our Git repository.

This is session three of the Juppies 2 course, and this time we will learn how to scramble the letters inside the words. As always, please follow along in your IDE. I recommend that you use NetBeans, since that is what I am using in the videos. Your operating system should not matter. In the videos I am using Java 14 Oracle OpenJDK, but you can use any other OpenJDK distribution, such as Azul's Zulu OpenJDK. You do not have to use Java 14 for this session, Java 11 is fine too, or a later version, such as Java 17.
